The fund has contributed more than $1 million USD to projects like CoinText, which allows users to send BCH using SMS messages or Telegram bots. The protocol has been adopted by multiple wallets including Jaxx, CoinText, and Breadwallet so far, allowing users to use their BCH

CashID Protocol - The CashID protocol allows users to send BCH safely through messaging apps by using a username or shortcode instead of an address. This could be used to replace QR codes or other BCH addresses with something easier to remember like “BCH123456789” or “bch_john_doe”.

1 3_ Electron Cash SLP Edition

The Electron Cash SLP Edition is a fork from the original Electron Cash project. The main difference between the two projects is that the SLP Edition uses a different algorithm for generating the addresses. The algorithm used in this fork is called Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP). This protocol was developed by Bitcoin Cash developers, who wanted to create a new type of address that would be more secure and easier to use than the original Bitcoin Cash addresses.

The main advantage of using SLP addresses is that they are much more secure than regular ones. Regular Bitcoin Cash addresses can be used for both receiving and sending payments, but they don’t provide any protection against hackers or thieves trying to steal your money by hacking into your account and stealing your funds. When you use an SLP address, however, you get this extra layer of protection against these kinds of attacks because each address has its own unique identifier called a “key” which can only be used once. This means that if someone tries to use one of your SLP keys on another website or in another wallet app, it will not work because it has already been used elsewhere.
