Egg polao

Materials:

  • Basmati or any other fragrant rice - 2 cups

  • Eggs - 2/3

  • Ghee / butter / oil - 2 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves- for sorting

  • Onion - A quarter of a large onion is chopped

  • Green pepper - 5 chopped

  • Tomato - a small one (cut)

  • Ginger-garlic paste- one and a half teaspoon

  • Whole hot spices - 1 bay leaf, 3 cloves, a cinnamon 2 inches long, 1 star anise

  • Salt- to taste

  • Water - 3 cups

Egg polao;

Method

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add hot spices.

  • Fry the chopped onion and add the ginger-garlic paste, tomato, green pepper and salt one by one.

  • Break the eggs into the mixture and fry the eggs until they are cooked through. When done, add water to the mixture.

  • When the water starts to boil, add the previously soaked rice and cook on low heat. If you want, you can cook the rice together in a rice cooker with the mixture, water and salt.

  • When done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any curry. Egg polao was easily made.

Tips

Soak the rice while pressing the pan in the oven for frying, then the rice will not break during cooking.

  • Vanilla Essence- A little

  • Boiling water - 1 tablespoon

  • Soft chocolate truffle - 1

  • Ice cream or cream - optional

Melted-in-the-middle mudcake;

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except chocolate truffle with a pinch of salt in a large mug (e.g. 350 ml) with a fork.

  • Squeeze the chocolate truffle into the yeast. Now, set the mug in the microwave oven to high and bake for 45 seconds.

  • The liquid molten part will be in the inner center of the outer like cake. So, serve the cake hot with the desired ice cream or cream.
