(COVID – 19)
Coronary heart disease is less common in people who work hard.
In Bangladesh, coronavirus's mutation ability is normal. Asymptomatic infections have increased. People who work harder and are more adapted to hostile environments have lower rates of infection among those who work harder. However, the threat of a major change in Coronabhai's rule in Bangladesh cannot be ruled out now. That is why there is no alternative to the vaccine. Some of the countries in the world, including Russia, which are working hard to develop the vaccine, have used data from the genome sequence of coronavirus in Bangladeshi researchers.
Although the World Health Organization has confirmed the presence of three types of coronavirus in Bangladesh, the BCSIR study found the existence of four types of coronavirus. Selim Khan. Globe Biotech's head of research and development in the process of vaccine production in Bangladesh. Asif Mahmud said they would submit a report on the second phase of the vaccine trial to the Bangladesh Medical Research Council next month.
Dr. Sameer Kumar Saha said the Child Health Research Foundation is still doing genome sequencing. Research is underway into the effects of coronavirus, especially on newborns and their mothers. So far the situation is the same. No significant changes in genetic character or mutations were observed. Malaysia has already announced a major change in Coronavai's Ras. One thing is that what Malaysia is saying about 'D714G', but in Bangladesh, it is the transmission of Coronavai's ras with this 'G'.
‘B’ was found in seven to eight cases. In all other cases, the D714G was found. Therefore, there is nothing to panic about in Bangladesh. He said that in Bangladesh, especially among the rural people, the disease resistance is relatively high. In rural areas, those who have been accustomed to a lot of physical labor and living in hostile environments since childhood have a low rate of infection and no symptoms of infection. For example, if you go to a village from abroad or from a city and get wet in the rain, many people get cold and cough. But the people of the village are soaking wet in the rain, swimming in the river for hours, but they are not seen to have so many colds and coughs.
This is the ability to adapt. Due to its high capacity, there is less infection among low-income working people in Bangladesh. But now it turns out that most infected people are asymptomatic. The risk is high. If someone without symptoms unknowingly infects a person with a weakened immune system, it carries the risk of death. For this reason, we still need to protect ourselves as much as possible, so that we do not infect ourselves and infect others.
Dr. about making vaccines. Samir said Russia had promised to produce the vaccine as soon as possible, and that there was controversy. But it's not impossible, if someone has that technical ability, they can make the vaccine in less time. Vaccines are needed, but without vaccines it is not possible to get rid of the risk of coronary heart disease. Hopefully, all the countries in the world have analyzed the genome sequence data of different countries to make the vaccine. As a result, all the vaccines that are being made so far are being made for the world and will be effective on people in all countries.
He added that a new vaccine is introduced every year in the United States to prevent the spread of influenza virus. A vaccine may no longer be effective after one year. But it will not happen in the case of Kavid-19, it can be said for sure. This vaccine will be made to ensure long-term effectiveness and will protect people for a long time. Regarding the efforts of Globe Biotech to make vaccines in Bangladesh, he said that Globe Biotech may also make vaccines themselves. As well as proving their capabilities, they will also be able to produce vaccines locally from foreign companies.
For example, an Indian company is testing the Oxford vaccine in India. The same company will produce the Oxford vaccine for India.
BCSIR said. Selim Khan said that the genome sequence data of the genomic research lab of this government organization has been taken by the companies of all the countries that are trying to make the vaccine, including the Russian vaccine manufacturer, the United States and the United Kingdom. The Russian institute has also recognized the genome sequences of Bangladeshi researchers as one of the best. As a result, in the countries of the world where efforts are being made to make vaccines, those vaccines will also be effective for the people of Bangladesh. He said BCSIR is currently working on 329 samples. Of these, 265 science laboratories collected samples in their own process. It is ongoing research.
He said that according to the latest analysis, Coronavai's rasa in Bangladesh is in its previous character. There is no big change. As before, D614G is found in the bodies of infected people. None of the most dangerous coronaviruses have been found so far between D310 and D540. But there is nothing to say about the mutations in Coronavirus. This may change at any time. He added that according to the World Health Organization, there are three types of coronavirus in Bangladesh. But the science laboratory has found the presence of four types of viruses. A fifth type of brewery has also been found.
Globe Biotech said. Asif Mahmud the results of their second phase, including the second phase trial report, would be submitted to the Bangladesh Medical Research Council next month. Subsequent trials on the human body will be initiated through a third party Contract Research Organization (CRO) subject to the approval of the Council. "If all goes well, Globe Biotech will be able to bring the vaccine to market this year," he said. Asked if the vaccine invented in any other country in the world could be produced by a Bangladeshi company, he said,
"If it is done through the transfer of the entire technology, it will be quite complicated."
And if raw materials are brought in and produced here, the type will be different. However, Globe Biotech has no plans to produce the vaccine in a foreign company. They are trying to bring their own invented vaccine to the market successfully.
