Nothing befalls (someone), except with the permission of Allah; and whoever believes in Allah, surely Allah will give instructions to his heart (Surah Al-Taghabun: 11)

Third, as a warning and warning from Allah SWT due to the mistakes and sins that have been committed. The third possibility is also a manifestation of the love of Allah SWT for His beloved servants, so that they immediately repent and return to shirotol mustaqiim before it is time for sakratul, where the door to repentance has been closed.
In the perspective of Islamic communication, everything that happens to humans is seen as a form of communication from Allah SWT to mankind. If someone makes a mistake and the mistake is fatal and continues to be done, it is very natural for someone to give a warning as a form of social care to remind his fellow human beings. This situation does not cause any consequences for humans who make mistakes.
However, in another situation, if a human being makes a fatal mistake, it is done continuously, and this is immediately subject to punishment as a consequence of his actions, then that condition is called punishment. That is a simple view of human reason in everyday life. Most people from anywhere in the world understand it.
In religious studies, if an incident is related to the way God communicates with humans, the Covid-19 outbreak can be examined whether this incident is actually a form of God's rebuke or as God's punishment for his servants who have sinned.
The Covid-19 outbreak is an extraordinary event that needs to be studied and analyzed based on a study of God's communication to His servants. By viewing news on television, reading news on social media, print and electronic media, it can be explored through documentation methods to obtain conclusions that can be formulated whether the Covid-19 outbreak is a warning or punishment.

Azab (Punishment); The punishment of Allah which is general destruction - according to some scholars - does not happen again after Allah Ta'ala sent down the Torah to the Prophet Moses based on a signal from the Qur'anic verse: And indeed We have given to Moses the Holy Book (Torah) after We have destroyed generations the former, to be a lamp for humans, guidance and mercy, so that they remember (Surah Al-Qashas: 43).

The Koran is a written guide for Muslims. Inside are warnings and threats. All the words in the Koran are a form of communication from Allah SWT to his people. So historical events and examples of events at the time of the Prophet Muhammad that are in the Koran can be used as guidance for mankind today.
Therefore, the communication event of the Covid-19 outbreak that hit many humans can be used as information as the Khaliq to mankind. The Khaliq's communication is in the form of a warning that in fact many humans have renounced. For those who cannot warn, they will be given punishment (prohibition). If humans still want to be saved, the communication that must be built is to carry out His commands and stay away from His prohibitions.
The Covid-19 incident is very appropriate for us to respond to as a "warning" (lightening) and at the same time as "punishment" (protection) from Allah the Almighty the Creator, and considering some of the arguments that have been stated above, we should get lessons to analyze the truth of the word the word of Allah SWT in the Koran.
In reviewing the communication of all incidents and events of the corona virus (COVID-19), it is a clear message to stop mankind who has denied doing His orders and has violated God's prohibitions.
The Government's appeal with various programs implemented really needs support so that the community is free from the corona virus outbreak.
In order to avoid even more terrible calamities, mankind returned to God's way, commands and stayed away from the prescribed prohibitions.
For that, let us jointly respond to the experience of the Covid-19 outbreak as faith, hopefully we can succeed in achieving the reward of martyrdom for those who died and those who survived. Then we also face it with patience, trust and repentance to Allah, including by each multiplying istighfar and always trying to return to the way of life that is blessed by Allah SWT according to the instructions of the Koran and as-sunnah in all aspects of life and life.
