Today is YUZU, a Japanese Restaurant's first day reopens for dine-in. So I decided to have my lunch here, it had been months since the last time I eat here.
Here are pictures inside the restaurant.
Their lunch set menu offer is still available, so I decided to take a look at that part of their menu. After looking at it for some time, I decided to order the Katsu curry rice set. The Katsu curry rice set is a chicken curry rice served with appetizer, salad, pickles, fruits and miso soup.
For those who don't know about Japanese curry, it is commonly served in three main forms: curry rice, curry udon, and curry bread. It is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. The very common "curry rice" is most often referred to simply as "curry". Along with the sauce, a wide variety of vegetables and meats are used to make Japanese curry. The basic vegetables are onions, carrots, and potatoes. Beef, pork, and chicken are the most popular meat choices. Katsu-karē is a breaded deep-fried cutlet with Japanese curry sauce.
