Yesterday after my blood test, I came across this stall located at the Restoran Ooi Soon. I notice the bottom right corner are yam puffs, something I haven't eat for a long time. So I immediately go and buy 3 yam puffs for my breakfast. They cost RM2.60 each.
The Yam Puff is also called Woo kok, it is a classic Cantonese dim sum dish. Mashed Taro is formed into ovals and stuffed with meat and veggies and deep-fried.
Normally the outer layer will be crispy but this time it feels a bit too oily but still glad to be able to eat.
