Yesterday I saw the Unif Artificial Beef with Sauerkraut flavor noodles at Cold Storage with a buy 1 free 1 offer. It mean now 2 packs only cost RM13.20.
Sauerkraut in Chinese means "sour cabbage", it is finely cut raw cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria. It has a long shelf life and a distinctive sour flavor, both of which result from the lactic acid formed when the bacteria ferment the sugars in the cabbage leaves.
Inside contains 3 packagings, one pack for soup powder, one pack for beef fat and one is Sauerkraut.
I have this for my breakfast with coffee.
