For today lunch, I visit the Thai Moment Street Food at Desa Setapak. Haven't visit them for some time and decided to revisit them.
After looking at their menu for some time, I order their Omelette Prawn which priced at RM11.90.
For those who don't know what an omelette is, it is a dish made from beaten eggs, fried with butter or oil in a frying pan . It is quite common for the omelette to be folded around fillings such as chives, vegetables, mushrooms, meat (often ham or bacon), or some combination of the above. Whole eggs or egg whites are often beaten with a small amount of milk, cream, or water.
I feel this time the Omelette Prawn a bit too oily, perhaps they should reduce the oil when cooking it next time.
Here are more pictures of my Omelette Prawn.
