Today dinner, I visit this stall called SHUCKED Oyster and Seafood Bar which is located at the KLCC Suria Mall Food Court at level 3. it is known for the fresh oyster they sell at the counter.
Today I am craving fish and chips dish so I order their barramundi & hand-cut chips which are priced at RM18 per plate with service tax included.
For those who don't know what Fish and chips are, it is a dish consisting of fried fish in crispy batter, served with chips. The type of fish can be different depending on the seller. But for this stall, they use Barramundi fish, it has a mild flavour and a white, flaky flesh, with varying amount of body fat.
