Today lunch, I have it at KLCC Suria Mall food court. This time I try the food from Shihlin Taiwan street snack, a Taiwanese food chain featuring popular snacks from the alleys of Taiwan's night markets.
After looking at the menu, I order the Happy! Ricebox set meal. If you buy it as à la carte, it only cost you RM14.50. You can upgrade it into a set meal which will give you a cup of drink and sweet potato fries.
The Happy! Ricebox contains Taiwanese fried chicken, some tofu, and chopped century egg with rice in it.
Taiwanese fried chicken is a dish in Taiwanese cuisine commonly found as a street snack and is indispensable to the night markets in Taiwan. It consists of bite-sized pieces of chicken, coated and fried with flour and seasoning mixture. Salt and pepper are the staple condiment.
