For today's dinner, I visit this Japanese restaurant call Senya Dining located at the KLCC Suria Mall for their evening 50% discount promotion. Currently, due to FMCO, the discount promotion will begin around 5 30pm.

After looking at all the bento that are left, I decided to buy this sweet Karaage Don. The meat used for this Karaage is chicken

Karaage is a term for a Japanese cooking technique in which various foods—most often chicken, but also other meat and fish—are deep-fried in oil. The process involves lightly coating small pieces of the meat or fish with flour, or potato, or corn starch, and frying in light oil. The foods are marinated prior to coating. The process differs from the preparation of tempura, which is not marinated and uses a batter for coating. Karaage is often served alone or with rice and shredded cabbage.

Here are pictures of my Sweet Karaag Don when I eat it at home.
