Restaurant wonderland valley

Today I and my friends have dinner at Restaurant wonderland valley, a Chinese restaurant located at the Kampung Bukit Tinggi. Our friends say this places is knowns for its big Patin fish.

Patin fish is actually called iridescent shark catfish, it is a species of shark catfish (family Pangasiidae) native to the rivers of Southeast Asia.

When you arrived at the restaurant, you will notice all these animals outside the restaurant . There are chicken, geese and fish for you to look at.

After everyone arrived, We sit at a big table that can fit 17 people. After spending some time on the menu, We other 8 dishes. We order a 5kg Patin which will be turned into 2 dishes.

The first dish to arrive is stired fried salted fish sweet potato leaf. The salted fish smell is strong, a great dish for salted fish lovers and a nightmare for those who hate salted fish.

The 2nd dish is the ginger sauce steamed fish. This plate only contains half of the5kg patin fish. My hand is there to show you how big the fish is.

The 3rd dish is the Cantonese steamed fish that contains the other half of the Patin fish. This uses soya sauce instead of ginger sauce.

Both fish dishes are cook perfectly and we can taste the freshness of the fish when we eat. The fish are wild caught in the mountains river.

This fourth dish is called mother with heart, a stir fry pork intestine dish. This dish uses a lot of garlic in it to overpower the intestine's original taste, the intestine is chewy when I am eating it.

If you love garlic, this is the dish you should try if you don't mind eating pork intestine.

The fifth dish to arrive is the famous dragon tau fu. The bean curb are fried first then they put it into a bamboo steamer covered in lotus leaf and poured in the hot gravy. When you eat the gravy, you can taste and smell the fragrance of the lotus leaf.

The sixth dish is curry wild boar pork rib. The meat are from the wild boar that roam the nearby forest, the dish is well cooked and seasoned. Wild boar meat have strong meat taste therefore it is normally cooked with a lot of spice.

The seventh dish to arrive is Spanish roast boar pork ribs served with the restaurant's homemade chilli sauce. The meat is easily removed from the rib when I eat it. A wonderful dish for the meat lovers.

The eighth and final dish is bean sprouts with fried roast meat.

Overall, we have a great time eating at this restaurants. Highly recommend you come here if you passing by Kampung Bukit Tinggi.

Wow! The foods of the restaurant are really mouth watering my friend especially the pork ribs because it's my favorite my friend. Also the restaurant is awesome my friend.
