Below the Lot 10 Mall which is in the Bukit Bintang area, there is a Japanese theme food court, inside got a lot of stalls selling all sorts of Japanese food and drinks.

After checking out all the stalls, I decided to have my dinner at the Ramen Dining Tabushi.

After looking at their menu, I order their Shoyu Ramen. It is priced at RM24 per bowl, this price is the final price. Mean you don't need to worry about service price.

For those who don't know what ramen is, Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, nori, menma, and scallions.

Shōyu mean soy sauce in Japanese, Shoyu ramen normally has a clear brown broth, based on a chicken and vegetable (or sometimes fish or beef) stock with plenty of soy sauce added resulting in a soup that is tangy, salty, and savory yet still fairly light on the palate.

After you place your order, you can see them prepare your dish.

Here are the pictures of my Shoyu Ramen. The shoyu ramen is well presented and delicious. In the end, I finish everything including the broth.
