Today I revisit the Pizza & Cafe Milano to have my lunch, somehow today I am craving pizza. This stall is located at the KLCC food court if you wish to visit it. Here you can see them prepare your pizza.
After looking at the menu, I decided to order a small size Tandoori Chicken pizza which was priced at RM12.90.
For those who don't know what pizza is, it is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients
This pizza is a fusion dish that combined Italian cuisine and Indian cuisine.
The Indian cuisine part would be the tandoori chicken, a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven.
