Today while looking around the stall at the KLCC Suria Mall food court, I today feel like having beef lasagna. I found one stall call Pizza & Cafe Milano that sells beef lasagna.
They are selling beef and chicken lasagne for RM12 per portion.
For those who don't what lasagne is, it is a type of pasta made of stacked layers of lasagne alternating with fillings such as ground meats, tomato sauce, vegetables, cheeses, and seasonings and spices. The dish is normally topped with grated cheese, which becomes melted after baking. Typically, cooked pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.
The amount of cheese and ragu sauce I get on my beef lasagna is a lot.
