Pho Vietz Vietnamese vege spring roll vermicelli (meat free)

Today feel like eating more vegetables for my lunch, so I decided to visit the Pho Vietz, a Vietnamese restaurant in Mid Valley MegaMall.

This time I decided to try their vegetarian dish which is Vietnamese vege spring roll vermicelli (meat free), it cost RM16.90 after including the 6% Service tax.

For those who don't know what Vermicelli is, it is a traditional type of pasta similar to spaghetti. In Vietnam, vermicelli is the same as angel hair pasta.

Here are pictures of my Vietnamese vege spring roll vermicelli (meat free). Inside contain a lot of vegetables and 2 pieces of spring roll. It also comes with a bowl of fish sauce. You pour the fish sauce and mix it before eating it.

Inside the spring roll, they replace the meat with yam. Overall, it is a great dish for the vegetarian eater.
