Around 4 pm today, I was walking around Pavillion Kuala Lumpur Mall to do some window shopping. After a while, I visit Pho Vietz, a restaurant specialized in Vietnamese cuisine to order Vietnamese coffee with Milk which is priced at RM9.80. Just beware that the Milk here means sweetened condensed milk, not plain milk.

The Vietnamese iced coffee is a traditional Vietnamese coffee recipe. At its simplest, it uses the medium to coarse ground dark roast Vietnamese-grown coffee with a small metal Vietnamese drip filter. After the hot water is added, the drip filter releases drops of hot coffee slowly into a cup. This finished cup of hot coffee is then quickly poured into a glass full of ice making the finished Vietnamese iced coffee. A popular way to drink Vietnamese coffee is with sweetened condensed milk. This is done by putting two to three teaspoons or more of sweetened condensed milk into the cup prior to the drip filter process.

Here are pictures of my Vietnamese coffee with milk when served.
