Today dinner, I have it at Pho Vietz, a restaurant in Pavillion Mall that specializes in Vietnamese crusine. This restaurant also allows dine-in for those who already received the 2 vaccinations.
Here are pictures inside the restaurant.
After looking at their menu, I decided to order the Vietnamese Baguette with Grilled Pork patties which were priced at RM12.
This kind of sandwich is actually called Bánh mì or banh mi, it is a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture. This Vietnamese sandwich is a fusion of meats and vegetables from native Vietnamese cuisines such as pork sausage, coriander leaf, cucumber, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon combined with condiments from French cuisine such as pâté, along with red chili and buttery mayonnaise.
