For today's dinner, I am back at ParaThai in KLCC Suria Mall, a restaurant that specializes in Thai Cuisine to try out another dish.

After looking at their menu, I decided to order their Phad Thai Goong Sod or Thai Style Fried Rice Noodles with Prawns. After including the service tax, the total cost for this dish is RM24 per plate.

Phad thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as street food and at most restaurants in Thailand as part of the country's cuisine. It is typically made with rice noodles, shrimp, peanuts, a scrambled egg, and bean sprouts, among other vegetables. The ingredients are fried in a wok. Once the dish is completed it is tossed in pad thai sauce, which gives the dish its signature tangy salty flavor with a hint of sweetness.

The way how this restaurant serves their Pad Thai look like nasi pattaya by wrapping the dish in a thin omelette. Overall the presentation is good and the food is delicious.
