Today I visit Oriental Landmark, a restaurant specializing in fine Cantonese cuisine for a light breakfast, it is located at the Intermark Mall if you ever what to visit it.
The main reason I came here is that a few days ago, I notice they sell yam puff which is one of my favourite dishes. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM10.20 per plate. Each plate contains 3 yam puffs.
The Yam puffs is actually called woo kok , a fried taro puff. It is a classic Cantonese dim sum dish. The Mashed Taro is formed into ovals and stuffed with meat and veggies and deep-fried and formed that spider web crust layer on the outside.
