Mentai chicken chop rice

Today evening while I am at the JC Red Corner food court, I saw this new stall that sells chicken chop rice.
After looking at the menu, I decided to order the mentai chicken chop rice which cost RM10 per plate. I find it very interesting because normally the word mentai is only used on Japanese sushi.
The meal is served on a hotplate to make it look good, it is not heated up. The chicken chop is covered in mayonnaise which I don't think is contains salted pollack roe and covered in seaweed. They then flame-seared the mayonnaise to give it a smoky taste.
I think the price is very reasonable and the portion is good.
