Mat Rock Foodtruck Nasi daging kunyit

For today's dinner, I revisit the Mat Rock Foodtruck near my condominium to see what they have for sales. This Mat Rock Foodtruck sells "kunyit goreng" dish, a stir-fry dish using Turmeric in English.

Turmeric is a spice, widely used in Asian cooking.  It is one of the main ingredients of curry powder and is used to give it the characteristic yellow color. It is also delicious added to rice dishes, seafood, and mustards, and pickles. 

After looking at the menu, I decided to order the Nasi daging kunyit. Daging mean beef in Malay, it cost RM8 per box. It is a simple dish yet delicious dish, you will find this kind of dish in a lot of Malaysia Malay Restaurant.
