Marmite Pork rice

This time I will share with you another dish from Soon Kee Hiew Char, this time it is Marmite Pork rice.

This stall sells it at RM7 per plate.

For those who don't know what Marmite is, it is a sticky, dark brown paste with a distinctive, salty, powerful flavor. Marmite is a food spread made from yeast extract invented by German scientist Justus von Liebig and originally made in the United Kingdom. In Malaysia, there are a few dishes cooked using this food spread.
