At the KLCC Suria Mall 2nd floor, there is a restaurant many won't notice because of the small signboard call Maria Signature. Most restaurants would put a big signboard for their title but I lately only know when I approach them because I didn't notice the small signboard. This restaurant specializes in steak dishes, however, if you are on a budget there is a lunch special menu you can try which is cheaper than ordering the same dish at another time.
After looking at their lunch special menu, I decided to order their Spaghetti Bolognese. It comes with a beef or chicken option, I ask for the beef option. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM16.25.
For those who don't know what Bolognese sauce is, it is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. You will be surprised that Spaghetti bolognese is a pasta dish that is popular outside Italy, but it is actually not part of traditional Bolognese or even Italian cuisine in general.
Here are pictures of my Spaghetti beef bolognese when served. When I eat, I notice the meat they use for it included some small pieces of beef meat beside minced meat.
