Today I have lunch at this restaurant called Leedajie Chong Qing Noodles, it is located at the Berjaya Time Square Mall. This restaurant specializes in Chongqing noodles.
Chongqing noodle is a term for a variety of spicy noodle dishes that originated and exist in Chongqing, China which are collectively referred to as xiǎomiàn, literally "little noodles"
Chongqing noodle dishes are typically spicy and prepared using a variety of spices, seasonings, and sauces. Sichuan pepper is often used in the dish's preparation. Myriad meats and vegetables are also used in their preparation.
After looking at the menu, I decided to order the Miscallaneous sauce noodle. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM13.70 per bowl. When you order, you can adjust the level of spiciness.
The Miscallaneous sauce noodle is very chewy when I bite. Despite asking for less spicy, I still sweat a lot after finishing it. My tongue feels numb due to the spice they use which is similar to those used in Chinese Muslim dish.
Very good post here. You really did a good job👍
