Isetan Aburi salmon Don

For today I have my usual dinner at the Isetan inside KLCC Mall ever since the weather became hot last few weeks. After looking around the sushi counter on those with reduced to clear price, I decided to go for the Aburi Salmon Don.

Instead of paying RM13.90, I only pay RM10.90 for it.

For those who don't know what Aburi is, Aburi is a style that refers to nigiri sushi where the fish is partially grilled (topside) and partially raw. Most nigiri sushi will have completely raw toppings, called neta.
