HOFU salted egg french fries

For today's breakfast, I have a cup of coffee with this HOFU salted egg french fries, one of the four packs of HOFU product I recently bought from Cold Storage in KLCC Suria Mall at RM5 each.

Personally, I think this salted egg french fries is really well done. I try before one without curry leaves and it tastes horrible. The fries are crunchy which I suspect they use something similar to an air-fryer to cook them to maintain the crunchiness.
