Recently Hazukido, a shop selling all sorts of Gourment Croissant came out with some Halloween theme croissants. They came out the Big eyes 8-legged monster croissant and pumpkin custard croissant.
For those who don't know what a croissant.
A croissant is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry of Austrian origin, named for its historical crescent shape. Croissants are made of layered yeast-leavened dough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a thin sheet, in a technique called laminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry.
I wanted to try the pumpkin custard croissant but it is not available when I am here. So I ended up with Big eyes 8-legged monster croissant which cost RM6.80 per piece
Big eyes 8-legged monster croissant is a croissant with chocolate decorations that look like a spider.
