Today I am back at HALF BRITON COFFEE to try out another dish.
After looking at their menu, I decided to try out the Mash & Banger which RM17 per plate and come with a cup of Brazilian Lemonade.
For those who don't know what Mash & Banger is, it is also known as sausages and mash. It is a traditional dish of Great Britain and Ireland, consisting of sausages served with mashed potatoes. It may consist of one of a variety of flavored sausages made of pork, lamb, or beef (often specifically Cumberland sausage). The dish is usually served with onion gravy, but may also include fried onions and peas. Bangers and mash in vegetarian style This dish, even when cooked at home, maybe thought of as an example of pub grub, meaning it is relatively quick and easy to make in large quantities.
For this restaurant, they use a chicken Jumbo sausage for the sausage and brown sauce for sauce.
