Today I decided to have my dinner at Grandmama's Restaurant renowned for serving local delicacies, this branch is located at the Intermark Mall if you want to visit this branch.

After looking at the menu, I order the Kong Foo Yin Yong. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM20.90.

It is a Cantonese-style Noodles dish. the uniqueness of this dish is that it has two kinds of Noodles – thus, the name Yin Yang (“Yin Yang” is literally translated as “complementary forces that interact to perfect harmonization”, like Black and White). The two Noodles are Flat Rice Noodles and Rice Vermicelli. While both Noodles are slightly pan-fried, the Flat Rice Noodles give you that smooth slurpy tactility but the Rice Vermicelli has a slightly stringy crispy texture.

The Grandmama's version is noodles served with prawn, fish meat, squid, and chicken meat in velvety egg-based gravy.
