Grand imperial roast pork sauteed with french bean and superior soya sauce.

Today, I had lunch at the Grand Imperial restaurant inside the Sunway Velocity mall. It is known for its fine, plush dining experience. At the entrance, you can see plenty of Hennessy XO bottles.

After looking at the menu, I ordered roast pork sauteed with French bean and superior soya sauce that cost RM34.80 after including the 16% service tax. I ordered a bowl of rice to eat along with it.

When the dish is served, it is very well presented. I like how the pork belly looks so firm and you can even see the line on the meat. Normally, restaurants would use some overnight roast pork meat for this dish but you can feel it is still new or fresh when you eat it.
