FamilyMart Matcha adzuki maritozzo

FamilyMart recently added a new product in their chiller call Matcha adzuki maritozzo. It is sold at RM6.80 per piece.

Matcha adzuki maritozzo is actually cream buns or cream rolls, they are made with an enriched dough bread roll that is split after baking and cooling and filled with cream.

the maritozzi word is referring to the maritozzi of the Lazio region of Italy, however over there their cream buns are enriched buns, made with dried fruit and filled with whipped cream.
