Dragon-i barley beancurd skin with ginko soup

Today after lunch I visited the Dragon-i restaurant, I haven't visited for some time and decided to come here to have some Chinese dessert. This restaurant specializes in Shanghainese cuisine. This restaurant is located at the Mega Mall, you can reach it by using the LRT train at Abdullah Hukum station.

After looking at the dessert menu, I order the barley beancurd skin with ginko soup. It cost RM9.05 after including the 16% service tax.

This is a typical dish served during Chinese family gatherings.
