Tonight dinner I have it at the Coliseum Cafe & Grill room, which is located at the Garden Mall. This restaurant specializes in Colonial Hainanese Cuisine and has a nice Colonial decoration inside their restaurant.
They have a long history which you can read on their menu.
One of their signature dishes is the Hainanese Chicken Chop which still using the same method to cook since 1921. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM28.90 per plate. I order one for my dinner.
Here are pictures of my Hainanese Chicken Chop when served. If you are use to eating heavy taste dishes, you might find it a bit plain. I think back then people don't use a lot of seasoning in their cooking. Compare to the modern time chicken chop, this Hainanese chicken chop is way healthier than theirs.
