Chuen home-made tenggiri Nyonya otak-otak

Today for lunch, I visited the Chuen, a Hainanese Restaurant to try another dish. It is located at the Wangsa Walk Mall if you wish to visit it.
This time I order their homemade Tenggiri Nyonya otak-otak which cost RM17.17 after including the 16% Service tax. I order a plate of rice to eat with it.
Otak-otak is a Southeast Asian fish cake made of groundfish mixed with spices wrapped in leaf parcels. There are many varieties of otak-otak , this version I order is the Nyonya version from the northern Malaysian state of Penang which is prepared with a mixture of groundfish, eggs, and herbs, wrapped in banana leaf before steaming.
