Today lunch, I travel to the PV128 building to have my lunch. After walking around the PV128 building, I decided to have my lunch at this Chong Hwa Curry Laksa Restaurant.
I order their homemade spicy pan mee, it is priced at RM7.50 per bowl. This Pan mee comes with special chili blend, mushrooms, black fungus, ikan bilis and poached egg.
For those who don't know what Pan mee is, it is a popular Chinese noodle dish, consisting of handmade noodles normally served in soup.
Dry chilli pan mee is invented in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur, and is very popular in the Klang Valley. This dry noodle is served with minced pork, fried onions, anchovies, and topped with a poached egg which is later to be stirred into the noodles. It is usually served with dry chilli or sambal.
Here are pictures of my homemade spicy pan mee when served. Normally how you eat it is you mix the entire thing only than you start eating it.
