On day 2 at Hilton hotel Trigometric October 2021 Auction, the main dish for the breakfast is Tuna Puff, red velvet croissant, garlic fried rice and mee siam
The tuna puff is considered a puff pastry. Puff pastry are also known as pâte feuilletée, is a flaky light pastry made from a laminated dough composed of dough and butter or other solid fat . The butter is put inside the dough, making a paton which is repeatedly folded and rolled out before baking. The gaps that form between the layers left by the fat melting are pushed by the water turning into steam during the baking process. The tuna puff is very well prepared and when you eat it, it is crispy.
The red velvet croissant is a croissant with red velvet and cream cheese on the croissant. The croissant is very buttery and flaky, the red velvet and cream cheese give it a unique taste. At the bottom is the apple puff, also very buttery and flaky.
These are called rocket mashers, inside got ham and cheese. Not sure they name it like this.
There is also plenty of coffee and tea, some nuts, and cinnamon cookies.
I grab myself a red velvet croissant, apple puff, tuna puff, and a cup of latte. Later a few of the rocket masher.
