On day 2 at Hilton hotel Trigometric October 2021 Auction, the main dish for the breakfast is honey BBQ Sausage roll and Johor banana & Walnut.
For those who don't know what sausage roll is, it is a savoury pastry snack, popular in current and former Commonwealth nations, Malaysia is once ruled by the British Empire so the food is also popular here. It consists of sausage meat wrapped in puffed pastry. Sausage rolls are sold at retail outlets and are also available from bakeries as take-away food. A miniature version can be served as a buffet or party food.
The Johor banana and walnuts is a banana cake, it is a cake prepared using banana as a primary ingredient and typical cake ingredients. It can be prepared in various manners, including as a layer cake, as muffins and as cupcakes.
There are also Danish pastries, tuna sandwiches, fruits and some nuts and cookies.
