Today lunch I visit BMS Organics to try out another dish, this shop is located at the Mid Valley MegaMall. This shop sells all sorts of organics food products, the shop also serves as a restaurant. They also sell organic dishes on the spot.
This time I order their BMS Signature Nasi Lemak, there are 2 type of rice you can choose from, multigrain rice or Cauliflower rice. I personally choose the multigrain rice which cost me RM15.80 after including the service tax.
For those who don't know what Nasi lemak is, it is a dish originating in Malay cuisine that consists of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish.
nasi lemak is often served with a hot spicy sauce call sambal, and usually includes various garnishes, including fresh cucumber slices, small fried anchovies, roasted peanuts, and hard-boiled or fried egg. As a more substantial meal, nasi lemak may also be served with fried chicken, small fried fish, cockles, and rendang beef.
Here are pictures of my BMS Signature Nasi Lemak when served. For the rendang part, they use king oyster mushroom to replace chicken. This dish is perfect for a vegetarian lover.
