Bing's Rotisserie siew yok wantan mee
Today after church, I and my friends decided to have our lunch at Bing's Rotisserie, a shop that is known for its chicken rice shop. It has been many years since the last time we visited it and it has undergone renovation. Now it look nicer and have air conditioning.
After looking at the menu, I order for myself one large siew yok wantan mee with extra meat that cost me RM14 per plate. It also comes with a bowl of wanton soup with 3 pieces of wantan inside it.
It is a Cantonese noodle dish in Malaysia for those who don't know what wantan mee is. Normally it has slices of char siu added to the dish, as well as the possibility of the soup and wontons in a separate bowl, the noodles being served relatively dry, dressed with oyster sauce and garnished with chopped spring onions. Some stalls have deep-fried wontons as well.
