For today's lunch, I decided to buy an Australia Wagyu Burger from the Village Grocer. It cost RM9.90 per piece. I never really try to cook one myself so I buy one to cook on my own.

According to Wikipedia about Australia Wagyu

The Australian Wagyu Association is the largest breed association outside Japan. Both fullblood and Wagyu-cross cattle are farmed in Australia for domestic and overseas markets, including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the U.K., France, Germany, Denmark and the U.S. Australian Wagyu cattle are grain-fed for the last 300–500 days of production. Wagyu bred in Western Australia's Margaret River region often have red wine added to their feed as well.

One thing I notice when I cook the wagyu patty is how fast the fat melt. within 1 minute a lot of oil came out.

I buy some nasi Briyani from the nearby Mamak restaurant and eat with the wagyu patty. I also pour all the melted fat on the nasi Briyani to not waste it since I spend RM10 on a beef patty. I put some parsley leave to make it look pretty.

When I am eating, the meat feel really smooth. The Oil or melted fat until the cheap beef patty, it feels fragrance and smooth.
