Sometimes, the excitement of the changes we will make in our lives, the decisions we make about ourselves, and that we will make a brand new start. I have previously shared with you how important it is to take new decisions and implement these decisions in a sustainable way, especially in the early part of the year. After reviewing the past year and looking at the strategies you need to follow to gain new habits, one last step remains. To determine what good living habits we will give more space in our lives to create a new 'me'
While the unchanging goal of some of us is to lose weight and get in shape, some of us wish to end our quarrels. Some of us want to reduce the time they spend on the screen, some of us want to be a little more in touch with nature, and some of us want to lead a more economically free life. We think the list below can come in handy as you create your New resolutions.
Get your body in shape with regular exercise and an active lifestyle. Here you can find our recommendations on exercises you can do to lose weight and look fitter. Eat a healthy, balanced and regular diet. Learn how to deal with emotional eating, which diets can work for you, and how to eat healthy with healthy recipes without sacrificing taste.
