Thoughts for the day: - Do more of what makes you happy. Stressing yourself cannot help you. - Do more of what will nourish your soul. Keep praying and do self meditation. - Somewhere out there, past you is overflowing with pride looking at how far you have come. You have to thank those who are really proud of you. They may be your family, loved ones, relatives, friends and other people whose lives were touched by you. - Best of all, take time to celebrate. Be happy😊😄😆

You can be experiencing the worst day, the worst mood swing and the worst temper, but when you pray you start to feel better and lighter. And that is the real blessing when you turn to God. He changes your heart first before changing the situation you are currently in. Maybe that is the reason why HE teaches us to pray without ceasing and in all things we must give thanks.

I am finally at home after a very tiring travel and documents processing from the quarantine hotel up to the LGU of Mariveles, Bataan. Here is the verdict.........do home quarantine for 7 more days to complete the 14-days requirement. So now, let us start the countdown....today is Day 1.

There are times that you just need someone to LISTEN, not fix or control you and not to give solutions but just LISTEN. Really just to LISTEN. This kind of situation or feeling is being experienced by most individuals. We sometimes look for someone to talk to and share our problems or secrets. They do not need to react or give us some advices. We dont expect them to do anything except to listen.

It was done on purpose because i would like to have quality time with my family after my quarantine. It was really good and fruitful bonding time with my family and some close relatives. Children doing their lessons/modules at home. It will be very challenging for the kids to learn their lessons by themselves. Teachers just provide these kids the modules without proper guidance or explanation of each subject. The school year will end very soon and finally, these kids did not absorb or learn what is supposed to be learned. Always shortchanged.
