Light in the dark
I've been caught up with life, but who isn't, right? Not much has changed over the years, but I do feel a bit calmer and happier compared to before.
Just before I started writing this, I was reading about people making money by selling articles and read.cash came to mind. I'm curious about the platform, so I decided to start writing. I've tried to write a few times, but I couldn't come up with any ideas. It feels like a blank space is staring back at me from the screen.
Today, I'd like to share my mini garden with you.
Three months ago, the area was overgrown with tall grass, unattended banana trees, and large trees with roots spreading under the house. It was a total mess, and the house was difficult to spot from the road. People often mistook my neighbor's gate for mine.
I leveled the uneven ground by purchasing two truckloads of construction leftovers for MYR50 each and flattening it myself. However, the general garbage that came with it smelled awful and caused me to suffer a painful sunburn as I had to finish the work before nighttime.
The second trip went better, and I can now continue the project slowly. I plan to start with potted plants, which I can easily move when I have the budget to expand. I can see all the plants from my bedroom window, and it's becoming my peaceful escape. It's my kind of healing session, and I'm starting to love this new hobby.
