BCH cannot reorganize more than 10 blocks? No.

I noticed the article published by Jiang Zhuoer, claiming that BCH cannot be reorganized after block 10, and "technically safer than BTC", I am a little surprised.

It is not a rule for Bitcoin ABC node software to reorganize more than 10 blocks, but not a consensus rule for BCH. Bitcoin Unlimited node software does not have this rule. The role of ABC's setting is only to prevent the damage caused by possible malicious computing power attacks, in the context of the previous "computing power war".

Even if there is this consensus rule, I don't think it is safer. If there is a serious bug such as duplication of coins that needs to be reorganized for more than 10 blocks to repair? It is not difficult for the ABC node to force the reorganization of the block. As long as the last wrong block is cleared with the command line, synchronization can continue.

The rules of the POW cryptocurrency are to follow the chain with the most accumulated computing power. The reorganization of 10 blocks will not cause a fork. The newly synchronized ABC node will still follow the chain with high computing power. It can only be said that it is some existing The ABC node may stop at the wrong position.

95+% of blocks are produced by Bitcoin ABC, so I think that is where this claim is coming from.
