Do you know how close we are to body and soul? Where does the energy that keeps us alive come from? When it leaves the body, the body will die. Where did this energy go?

Most of us are involved in our daily lives on earth. Although we have achieved all the technical knowledge and progress through science, we have a lot of evidence that our mental health is deteriorating. This is because most people do not know how the brain works. Here, I will try to help you understand my understanding of the heart. You don't have to believe what I said, but try to mentally disprove it and see if what I wrote makes sense.

Obviously, there is greater wisdom beyond the thought process of our work. If we look at our bodies, we will think that the brain is where all our talents are. This is because the brain is the physical part that we use to think and reason. If we cannot use our brains for some reason, we will feel disabled. The brain protects us from environmental influences and helps us to take evasive action when danger threatens us. Without the brain, we could not survive or understand our world and our thoughts. If we cannot use our brains, life will become challenging.

Therefore, the brain plays a vital role in our perception of reality. It is the organ we use to understand our thoughts. It is an organ that helps us perceive reality. If we do not use it properly, it is an organ that can lead to poor physical and mental health. It is the organ that the brain uses to express our talents and personality. Without the brain, the brain cannot fully function. So what is the mind? In my opinion, though is the source of energy (electricity) that keeps us alive.

For convenience, we can divide it into two parts: conscious and subconscious. But, in fact, we have an idea. The ego or ego operates in the conscious part of the mind. This is the concentration of our desire to survive on this planet. He is territorial and possessive, wanting to control everything. It builds itself (ego-boost) based on knowledge and life experience, becomes a well-defined entity, and hides behind belief. You want to live forever and be connected with time. He has a tremendous ability to fool himself. We need ourselves to explain the reality before us. We also need the brain to develop our egos. Without ego, we cannot operate as individuals. The brain allows the self-experience of consciousness and awareness, which is an attribute of the mind. Then we can see how closely the brain and the self are connected.

However, our subconscious mind is also connected to the brain. It controls all the important functions and systems of our body, such as the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, the digestive system, etc. People take the subconscious mind for granted and there is little understanding of how the self affects the subconscious mind. It is the subconscious mind that makes us happy or sad, depending on how we stimulate it. He has no discernment. It does not recognize good and evil, good and evil. No matter what we do in life, we always try to appease our subconscious. For example, when we pray to God or other entities, we try to appease our subconscious mind. When we play music, dance, sing, etc., we do the same. Our subconscious mind is the piano we use to play the melodies we want. Piano keys are the words we use to make specific sounds. We can play happy or sad melodies, depending on how we use these words. Therefore, shouldn't we try to understand how our subconscious mind works?

If we look at our body, intelligence permeates the entire process, from the central level (brain) to the individual cellular level. Yes, perception occurs even at the cellular level. Every cell in our body knows its function and how to replace itself. The cells of the skin know their function to protect us from the external environment, the lung cells know how to transfer oxygen from the air, the kidney cells know how to purify our blood, the digestive cells of the gastrointestinal system know how to digest food, etc., So it continues. All of this is under the control of the subconscious mind. Even the immune system involved in the healing process is under subconscious control. The self-operating conscious mind has little control but indirectly affects all these areas. Therefore, it would be foolish to ignore the subconscious mind and take it for granted. However, this is exactly what we have been doing and are doing today.

What should I do if my brain is broken? A person may have a stroke or head injury due to a fall. You may have a degenerative brain disease, such as Alzheimer's disease or motor neuron disease. The symptoms and signs we will suffer will depend on the brain area affected. We may lose consciousness, lose memory or become paralyzed, etc. When this happens, our ego or ego cannot function normally. We will feel disabled. When a person's brain dies, the consciousness or the self cannot function at all. However, the subconscious mind can keep important functions going, and people can go on living. When we turn off the life support system, the body will die while the mind is separated from the body. Yes, our brain is like the hardware of a computer system. If it fails for any reason, the software (mind) will crash.

Dr. Stephen Hawkins is a perfect example of a mind trapped in a disabled body. He is a British scientist who has suffered from a motor neuron disease for 55 years, which only affects the motor area of his brain. Since other areas of your brain are not affected, your ego (conscious mind) can function normally, that is, it can think and reason. Therefore, it is clear that certain areas of our brain are involved in maintaining our awareness and consciousness, without these areas the ego cannot function.

In the Brisbane CourierMail Qweekend magazine of April 24, 2021, there is a story about the death of three young people of different origins of 20, 21, and 22 years old while they slept. They fell asleep and never woke up again. They suffered from epilepsy and died of SUDEP (sudden death from epilepsy). This tragedy shows that any defect in our brains can cause malfunctions, and our lives can also be in danger.

Our physical and mental health depends on our ability to use the brain, not only for self-building exercises but also on our understanding of how our thoughts work. We should learn how the self affects the subconscious. We must be aware of how our opinions affect our thinking and how our thinking affects our actions. Our self-created perception of time makes us time travelers. We are caught in this web of time, always moving between the past, the present, and the future. But, in fact, time does not exist.

There is an eternal dimension around us. It is as real as the time dimension we create. The only thing that separates the two is our perception. Everyone will experience this eternal dimension from time to time when the observer in his mind and the thing that is being observed become a phenomenon. But because the ego is so dependent on thought, it is afraid of disappearing into eternity and cannot recognize it.

To experience the eternal dimension, one must go to the top of the mountain or in the bushes away from any man-made structures. Here, the attraction of nature is so powerful that it is easy to observe the observer's phenomenon in your mind, and the observation becomes one. But people can experience this anywhere. When this happens, you will find that we have only one mind. Your mind is experiencing eternity in this state, and you are fully alert and aware of your inner and outer worlds. The ego is there, you are not in a trance. You will realize that you are not separate, but one with the universe. You will realize that you are also part of this eternal dimension. There is no thought, only awareness. But once the ego uses words to describe what you see, you will return to our familiar time zone.

From the above observation, we can see that we have only one heart, and the ego is not the whole heart. Without a healthy brain, the ego cannot function effectively. The brain allows self-thinking and reasoning. The brain enables us to perceive reality. Self is attached to time without realizing it is part of the eternal dimension.

What self has created is a world that escapes reality today. The more you want to escape reality, the more you are out of touch with reality. It is distorting our perception that we will suffer more mental health problems.

Therefore, it is time to better understand ourselves and become aware of our opinions and thoughts. We must use our brains to understand the eternal dimension and lose the fear of death before our mind and body separate. Without self-knowledge, you are like a ship without an engine in the ocean of life. The rough sea will take your breath away. When you reach your destination, your wear and tear will be worse. However, if you want to be a boat that can navigate rough seas effortlessly, then power up with an engine that knows itself.
