-Excessive Consumption of Processed Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates can indeed be a source of energy and a source of stamina that is quickly formed. Body will break down carbohydrates into sugar, which will then be used for fuel. But that doesn't mean that during sahur and iftar, you eat a lot of these refined carbohydrates. If you eat too much, it will make your body more tired than usual.

While fasting, it is actually highly recommended to keep exercising. The goal is that physical condition becomes more fit. But still do it with sufficient duration and intensity that does not burden fasting.

-Wrong Sleep Pattern

-Not Enough Calories

It's same, maybe because you eat too much rice or carbohydrates or you stay up too long.
