You never talked to me

the same way I do to you

Your lips never spit sugar-coated words

the way others do

You never look at me

the way I look at you

Like I'm seeing the moon

kissing the Earth

You never think of me

the way I am doing right now–

and most of the times

like you are an unsolved puzzle

haunting me

You never speak of me to anyone

unlike me–

who speaks about you to my favorite persons like you are a dream–

Oh yes you are

One that'll never come true

You never loved me

You didn't

'cause you're wide awake

while I overslept

..dreaming
