Having read so many stories about murder, homicide and other fatal cases lately, my mind drifts to writing about why so much evil exists in this world.
If the laws are currently more permissive, more consenting for people to legally resolve personal or family discussions about their disputes, so why choose violence? Why choose to solve it by ending a life?
I realize that it’s not the legal part that doesn’t world. I believe that it is selfishness, envy, and the evil in people's hearts that lead them to make such decisions.
People with wicked minds want to have everything in their lives. In addition to taking money, or anything they can from their enemies, they want to take their lives too. I think it's not just a matter of getting all that they could want, rather, it’s the feeling of having total control over the lives of these people who have been murdered.
They are generally people who can be said to live with us on a daily basis, people who don’t seem to have any murderous instincts at all. But they are like professional actors, who manage to confuse most of the people around them with their sociopathic behaviors. I say “most” people around them because there are just as many cases where some people manage to detect the pathological behaviors of these actors in their social groups, it’s thanks to these people and their perceptual skills that investigators often manage to solve very complicated crimes.
I realize that evil evolves along with technology, as well as criminology, they develop new equipment to review the evidence of crimes. In the same way, people with the mentality of a criminal develop new ideas to make a scene as normal as possible and that allow them to make their own villainous plot.
Over the years I have seen many movies about people studying situations to find killers. I had not realized until now, but by doing so many posts about murders that eventually people who read my posts ask me why I write so much about it, the truth is that since I was little I have always been attracted to this type of literature and films.
When I was a teenager I read several of Edgar Allan Poe's books with mystery themes with the influence of the detective novel that impressed me, read several storybooks in the shape of Inspector Sherlock Holmes and so on.
Nowadays, for many years, I watched the crime genre films, starring Angela Lansbury, where she is an actress who starred in a successful television series dealing with crimes that she always managed to solve. The series was called something like "murder, she wrote" and many other movies that make me very curious and have this style of solving crimes. They have had a great influence on what inspires me to write about them today.
But nothing rivals seeing the reality of a crime to realize how a criminal mind surpasses the imaginative mind of a writer, nothing like reading about or watching real crimes.
They always say that reality is stranger than fiction after all.
The ambition of a person to obtain what they would see as "their highest good" that causes these crimes to form in their minds that sometimes are very far from the thoughts of the police officers trying to solve said crime.
The little details that are not taken into account, the lack of further study of the crime scene, the lack of objectivity in the study of a crime scene, allowing ourselves to be carried away by the obvious, in many opportunities that allows us to not see further, to develop the true resolution of a crime.
This allows many people with skilled minds to believe that they can do a crime so skillfully that it can never be solved. In their minds they make this idea, they believe they have the “perfect crime”.
Generally these evil minds belong to people who envy the lives that other people have struggled all their life to obtain. They themselves want to have pleasant lives with little struggle to achieve it and they do so by hatching in these plans in their minds to end the successful lives of those they are jealous of.
Regrettably, they can get what they want by murdering, but in the end they are discovered by the details they leave uncovered in their evil acts. Sooner or later they are discovered. This is what makes me passionate about the life of criminal minds and how the minds of detectives solve said crimes.
evil is defeated by good, all murder never goes unpunished ...
