Please get healthy or get vaccinated. We do not need humans who pollute the planet.
The NWO plans to reduce mankind with experimental drugs seem to be the only way to get rid of most of the stupid humans very fast.
First day with my bike so of course I planned a ride. Unfortunately I lost the light holder or probably threw it away so I should get back home before it´s totally dark.
Drove to the next village for 1 hour and wanted to sit at the beach but riding the bike felt so great that I just continued cycling and planned to enjoy the sunset and my food at the a point with a great view.
Checked my stepcount in between and just reached about 8000 steps for more than 22 km. I gotta cycle a lot in the next weeks. On my way back I stopped at an outdoor gym, did some stretching and some exercises and walked the way back home. Later I took another walk to end the day with some relaxing movements and fresh air.
Ooh I missed cycling so much and the view along the beaches and cliffs were stunning. It reminded me to be grateful. It reminded me what I went through and what I reached. It reminded me how hard I work on my self every day.
It´s still stormy for almost 2 weeks now but warm in the sun during the day. As it was saturday many people have been at the beaches. I saw so many dressed up young women. You barely see people during the week. Almost eerybody seems to be at home and resting from work instead of enjoying the nature, fresh air, the sunset, the sea breeze and a little silence in the evening.
Nature is always there waiting to heal us if we don´t wanna be healthy we will find excuses
